Once we’ve determined what services you need and a timeline, I will send you a client agreement outlining the details for you to sign. The signed contract and deposit must be returned before I begin work on your project. The second half of the fee is due upon completion of the project.
As we establish a working relationship, I will likely move to billing you monthly for services rendered, rather than requiring prepayment.
There are no refunds offered for work that has already been completed. If you’re not satisfied with the work so far and want to cancel the contract, what remains of your deposit will be returned after subtracting the bill for work already rendered.
